Calling all movers and shakers to audition for South Africa's television spectacular in mid 2004-dance show DANCIN - up lifting our youth!

DANCIN will be staged nationally to search for the best "DANCER" titleholder. The search is on!


The competition is open to all South Africans

juniors 10 - 16
seniors 17 to 26 years.

Regional shows will be staged during early to mid 2004 in all the major centres and the winners of the regional DANCIN shows will fly to Johannesburg and you, the public, will choose the winner during a live televised gala spectacular in September 2004.

The process of selecting the country's first DANCIN show dancer will begin in earnest in April 2004, when the director, crew, judges and presenters travel the country to find the most dynamic DANCER with the moves, stage presence and pizzazz of a true showman.

The auditions will take place in all nine provinces.

Bloemfontein, Durban, Rustenburg, Kimberley
Polokwane, Johannesburg

Wild Coast Casino KwaZulu Natal & directing (Gwen Brisco and Bob Andersen from Las Vegas, Dancin Wild, Wild Frenzy and Champagne Follies. Working on Follies Spectacular and Minstrel Follies during their 8 week seasons in South Africa. Opening of the Tyger Valley Centre Cape Town.

Eugene was a member of a team responsible for organising of first ANC Bosberaad and the drafting of the new Labour legislation conferences at the Aloe Ridge Hotel.

Having gained his experience in the formal theatre environment, working on hit West End shows like Ipi Tombi, Meropa, Magic Show, Cole (Cole Porter), Gypsy & Equus. Locally Pippin, Sound of Music and Birds of Paradise and Joseph and his amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat etc.

Having conceptualized Spoornet's national corporate identity launch at Expo Centre, with the artistic and technical control, plus simultaneous satellite broadcast to all regions, falling under his watchful eye. The Ministers Jeff Radebe and Dullah Omar were keynote speakers.

Another exciting promotion that we were involved in was the staging of the Planet Dance World FREESTYLE Finals in South Africa. 13 Countries taking part.
